Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is dependent on your location and chosen shipping method.

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (such as carrier delays, weather, or holidays).


Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders include tracking information, which will be emailed once your order ships.


International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
