Returns, Refunds and Size Exchanges
You may request a return or size exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return or size exchange, email info@superstarpetclub.com with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. We will provide return instructions. Please contact us before sending your item back.
Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund posting times depend on your payment provider. Size exchanges are subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we sent an incorrect or defective item. If your item is incorrect or defective, contact info@superstarpetclub.com so we can arrange the return shipping at our expense.
