Returns, Refunds and Size Exchanges

Return terms depend on the product. The enhanced policy below applies only to Superstar Pet Club’s Rebel With Paws harness and leash. It does not apply to Co-op or other third-party products.

Rebel With Paws Harness and Leash Only

You may request a return or size exchange within 30 days of delivery. Indoor try-on is welcome. Items must be clean, undamaged, free of odors, and returned with tags included and proof of purchase. There is no restocking fee.

Returns for sizing or change of mind

You pay return postage. Any original shipping charge is nonrefundable, except when we sent an incorrect or defective item. Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method after receipt and inspection. Refund posting times depend on your payment provider.

One-time size exchange

For one size exchange per eligible item, you pay return postage and we cover shipping the replacement size. Size exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, you may return the eligible item for a refund under the terms above.

Incorrect or defective harnesses and leashes

We cover the necessary shipping and offer a replacement or refund if we sent an incorrect or defective harness or leash. A refund for an incorrect or defective item includes its original shipping charge.

Co-op and All Other Products — Previous Return Terms

The enhanced indoor try-on, no-restocking-fee and seller-paid replacement-shipping offer above does not apply to Co-op or other products. Their previous return terms remain:

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we sent an incorrect or defective item. If your item is incorrect or defective, contact info@superstarpetclub.com so we can arrange the return shipping at our expense.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

For any product, email info@superstarpetclub.com with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. We will provide return instructions. Please contact us before sending your item back.
